*These kits are for originally glassed vans. This is the most important thing for this group. So, what do we mean by originally glassed or panel van? Originally glassed means the van is manufactured at the factory with glasses. Panel van means the van is without glasses or glasses are placed after purchase. If your van is a “used van” make sure you ask the first owner if it is originally glassed or panel van.
Most of the manufacturers prefer cheap, trash, recycling plastics which are easily broken, not durable. Also, to cover these cheap trash plastics' surface, they paint the surface. Our molds are designed from real data, 3D modelling which makes it %100 fitting. We do not accept the offers from customers suchs as producing with cheaper quality to have cheaper price. We are working with high quality and anything else is not acceptional.
Our ABS interior kits' surface is smooth and color is matte finishing. So that, it won't be a shiny, cheap view inside your vans. Our standard colors are gray and beige.
Clips points are pre drilled in our facility so that you don't have to waste your time with trying to find the correct place. You just place your plastic on to the van wall and make the installation with your clips.
Our all ceiling parts are made of ABS and the covering fabric is attached to the ceiling with machine work. Why is this an important information? When the covering is made with handwork, glue gun, stretching the fabric from both ends etc., you will have problems in the future such as glue leakages behind the fabric and an ugly yellow parts on fabric, the bubbles on some parts of the fabric because it is a handwork, never can be a perfect attach to the plastic.
Packing is maybe the most important phase of this product group. Even though ABS is a strong material, both manufacturer and the client should pay enough attention to packing & delivery. For our side, we make sure that goods will be delivered safely. Our all deliveries are with hard wooden cases, no matter the client's request is 1 or 10 kits. Before putting the plastics into case, we cover them with high quality nylon so that plastics won't scratch each other. Then, we place the plastics with clips, rubber into the case. (In case it is a Ducato, PSA group, we place the brackets either.) Then, phase 2 as shown below.
After placing the interior kit plastics into the case -even it is a small or a big case- we use extra plastic protector for your interior kits. This protector avoids exterior damages and make sure that the forklift driver pays more attention for the process. We do not charge any extra cost for case or protector from our clients. The safety of your orders is important to us, as well as your satisfaction with our goods.
Your interior kits are ready for delivery. If you are arranging transportation yourself (EXW), then you should warn your transportation company that is our cases are un stackable. Even our cases are strong, it is better to be safe than be sorry. For full container shipments, there is no need to put plastics in cases. Instead, we cover the plastics with nylon and stack them with their kind. (frames over frames, pillars over pillars etc.)
Freight: This is a business so that you wonder the transportation cost for sure. For most economic way, we recommend our all customers to order 10 sets or 20-30-40 etc. Because, the case can carry 10 kits and considering that it is unstackable, you will have the most economic, reasonable offer by ordering 10 sets and multiplies of 10. The width of case is: 200cm and length is 300cm. The height will be depend on quantity for sure but plase make your calculation as unstackable which means 6 LDM for each 10 sets.
